Best Decolav Sink for Cheap

I ordered 2 of the same sinks at the same time for a dual vanity. The first one arrived 3 days before the second one and when the second one arrived it was a totally different sink. It was round and polished but the Decolav stamp was on 2 different sids, the overflow on one was 3 large holes and on the other it was 4 small holes. Also they were not the same size. Bottom line, the sinks had they been the same would have been beautiful but there product quality is not always the same.

There was a major defect in this model that I had to fix using special paste.

When I received the 1st sink, I knew there was a problem as soon as I saw the box. The tape was coming undone and the box was misshapen. Sure enough, upon opening it, I saw that the sink was broken into about 10 pieces. The problem was that the sink was put into a box twice as big as the sink with almost most no packing material around it so it was probably broken before it left the warehouse. I contacted Amazon and got a return label, asked for a replacement sink after explaining the problem and dropped off the broken sink at UPS. A mere 5 days later, I received my 2nd sink and guess what? It was packed exactly like the first one, but was only broken into 4 pieces. I decided at that point that Amazon employed complete morons in its shipping dept., so I asked for a refund and cut my ties with Amazon. I e-mailed some comments to Amazon regarding their packing methods but no one has seen fit to respond........typical. I am done with Amazon, it was easier paying a little more and buying the sink locally. Which, by the way is beautiful when it is all in one piece.

This bottle trap comes packaged like a Coach handbag!!It has its own drawstring cloth pouch.I did not think any compamy cared for their products like this anymore.It was lovely to open the box and unwrap the item.The quality is very, very high - it feels like silk.It looks amazing under my vessel sink.It is very neat and slimlined.I just love it.

Have had the vanity for less than two years and it is already looking very shabby. The top is MDF and when it gets wet, which, of course a sink countertop will, it will absorb the water and beging to warp.

Ordered with Amazon Prime. Paid $4.00 to have it the next day - unbelieveable for next day shipping of something so heavy. It arrived in great shape, my contractor installed it, and it looks beautiful - all for a great price.

Very large lavatory with clean lines and shallow depth.The Low profile curves make it an art piece of sorts.

We installed these in our master bath as we used a floating granite countertop with vessel glass sinks. The only thing we had to do was buy a longer pipe because the one that came with it was not long enough for our very open design. Although our local big box store had these for cheaper, they were also a cheaper looking (and feeling) product so I'm happy to buy them through Amazon and pay more for something that's going to last longer.

When I mentioned to my counter stop supplier that I was thinking of a vessel sink, he said they were too hard to care for - usually glass, and difficult to reach behind. Then I learned that Massachusetts has a tough plumbing code and I didn't want to be out of code. But I wanted an interesting sink to go with my beautiful countertop. This sink did it all! It's on the list of approved sinks, if you live in Mass. Better, this semi-recessed sink looks stylish. And the fact that it's semi recessed makes reaching around the bowl to wipe down the sink a breeze. The white porcelain is simple and sleek, and easy to clean. But the square shape catches everyone's attention. I have had the sink about 8 months now and it still looks fantastic! I would recommend this sink without hesitation.

The title sums it up.... the sink is very nice but has a pronounced green cast. This is to be expected, given the 'frosted glass' description. But Decolav also offers a frosted crystal version. Although I haven't seen that one yet, I'm returning this one, to be replaced with the frosted crystal model. If the green cast doesn't bother you, then go for it. My eval would be 5* if thew color didn't bother me.

I bought three Decolav 1300-P for my bathrooms, and they look awesome with polished stainless faucets. They are fairly easy to install, as they are very light.The downside is that they have all the defaults inherent to stainless steel basins, which is that they are tough to keep shiny. In particular, the water is very hard at my place, and it makes it a pain in the neck to keep the water residue from building up.
